Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom Review

**My review will be short and sweet and pictureless at the moment as I just want to get it posted for my party tomorrow, but I will update with more pictures and more in-depth at a later date (as I am moving in two days and don't really have the time right now haha.)

I had the opportunity to sample the new Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom ice cream which is basically just a healthier version of the ice cream we all love. It does contain Splenda, which I am not huge on, but in moderation for adults I don't mind it. Blue Bunny is trying to get into healthier living and this is a huge step for them. I will tell you that you cannot even taste the fake sugar like in most desserts with artificial sweetener. The Sweet Freedom ice cream pretty much tastes like any other full-fat, full-sugar ice cream you would purchase and the teachers at my sister's school (who tested the ice cream with me) agreed. Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom comes in so many different flavor tubs as well as in ice cream bars; I was surprised to have so many to choose from which made finding a flavor I wanted most to try very difficult! They all looked so good! A few of the flavors they have include vanilla, mint chocolate chip, bunny tracks (the one we sampled,) turtle, and banana split but there are sooo many more! FunBites Review

Yesterday I received a fun little device in the mail from FunBites. My sister asked me what it was so I tried to explain. "It's basically like a sturdy cookie cutter that you can use for almost anything" I said. I decided that wasn't good enough, so I had her help me try it out! We had the one that cuts food into cute little squares. First we tried it on American cheese (which my sister cannot stand--yet she ate a bunch of it in little squares and wanted more!) My son joined in too! Next she wanted to try it on pita bread and both my sister and son ate that (which was great, because my son prior was not wanting to eat his dinner.) We kept trying to come up with different things to try with FunBites. We even tried it on green pepper!

The cute, little bite-sized squares that were produced made eating the food fun and it was almost unbelievable how something so simple can make such a HUGE difference when it comes to kids eating their food, but it really worked! Not to mention, the side that came out was the perfect size for my little man's fingers. Today I used it for my son's peanut butter sandwich and he ate that really well too! I was shocked! We love our FunBites and I am looking forward to finding more things we can cut up with it. My sister has so much fun with it too and I know that my mom loved the fact that my sister was helping to prepare her own food and was eating things she wouldn't normally! There is so much you can do with FunBites and not just for kids!

Honey Bunches of Oats Review

SO, I am not the hugest fan of cereal there is, but once in a blue moon I will find that perfect cereal that I just can't get enough of! Well, in one of my recent missions I was able to sample Post Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted and boy did I find just what I needed! Their new box has WAY more of those delicious clusters that I just can't get enough of which put a HUGE smile on my face! This cereal also has SO much flavor! Sadly, because my son isn't old enough for honey yet, he grabbed the box to eat some so I told him "no, put that down" and he proceeded to dump HALF the box all over the kitchen floor. I salvaged what I could of that, but most of it was gone. I about cried because this cereal is JUST that awesome! I don't even eat cereal with milk in it, so I enjoy that I can have this as a nice, tasty snack without the milk! It's so crunchy and sweet...mmmm! Honey Bunches of Oats would also make a great ice cream topper or Rice Krispy Treat mix-in I am sure! I love that Post Honey Bunches of Oats is healthy too (though it may not taste like it!) Each serving has 10 grams of whole grain, only 6 grams of sugar and is heart healthy with 0 trans fat, saturated fat or cholesterol! Each box contains four whole grains: wheat, oat, corn and rice. Honey Bunches of Oats comes in ten AMAZING varieties (I cannot wait to try them all): Honey Roasted (the one I tried,) With Almonds, With Real Strawberries, With Cinnamon Bunches, With Vanilla Bunches, With Pecan Bunches, Raisin Medley, Fruit Blends Peach, Fruit Blends Banana and Just Bunches! Honey Roasted! I had my mom and little sister try this cereal as well and they thought it was pretty tasty too and I was asked for more (my box...get your own! Jk I like to share...sometimes haha.) SeaSnax Review

When you think of seaweed, what do you think of? Well, I think of an absolutely delicious snack! I recently had the opportunity to sample SeaSnax dries seaweed snacks. I LOVED them! I have always been a huge fan of seaweed snacks, but I absolutely love to try new brands and flavors to see what I think and I have to say, I can't get enough SeaSnax! SeaSnax dried seaweed snacks come in four delicious flavors: Classic (olive oil & sea salt,) Wasabi, Spicy Chipotle and Toasty Onion. I had the privelege of trying each of the flavors. The Classic flavor is perfect and just how a classic flavor should be. It is neither too fishy nor too plain and has just the right balance of seasoning and a perfectly crunchy texture. The Wasabi was amazing and boy did it kick! If you are looking for a spicy snack, this is a great one! At some points, the flavor was a bit overwhelming, but that's to me what made it perfect. There wasn't enough spice to clear out your sinusues but there was plenty to make your tastebuds dance! I would not, however, recommend giving this one to young kids as they may get a tummy ache (as funny as it may be to watch their reaction.) Toasty Onion was my third favorite as it tasted a lot like the Classic flavor. Unfortunately I was expecting much more of an onion flavor and I felt that was lacking but it still tasted very good and I could not stop eating it (even at 11 PM.) Their snacks truly are addictive! The Spicy Chipotly I'd have to say was my least favorite ONLY because I could not taste the spice or Chipotle at all. Perhaps the seasoning fell off, but I was really hoping for the kick I had with the Wasabi flavor and it never came. Nonetheless, it tasted great as the others; I was just missing that spicy, chipotle flavor. I did notice, though, that the larger packs seemed to have less flavor (because they are bigger and hold the seasoning less) than the smaller packs so I am sure the smaller packs would have given me that kick I was looking for. Now that I think of it, I only had a small pack of the Wasabi, which is probably why that of all of them had the most flavor (and now I want more haha.)

My son who is just over a year and a half old went crazy when he saw me pull out the SeaSnax! He knew what was coming! For some reason my son is just gaga over seaweed snacks and honestly, he tried these before I did and his review sounded like "mmmm" and franticly signing "please" and begging for more. I let him try each of the flavors besides the Wasabi (as it was too spicy for him) and he loved them all. I'd have to say the Toasty Onion seemed to be his favorite of all the options and he ate a full sheet of each by himself (of course, I didn't let him eat them all at once, but I am sure he would have.) I am always happy when I find a very nutritious product that my son goes nuts over and this is one of them. The snack-size packs are great for traveling and they keep him quite in his seat on long trips. My little sister also decided to try the SeaSnax and surprisingly she loved them and kept asking me for more! I think my mom was a little shocked at that one. She tried each of the flavors, even the Wasabi, and loved them all, though she could not eat much of the Wasabi kind. My step-dad also tried them and said they were good. Here is where personal preference comes in though--my mom tried the Classic as well and said that they were disgusting (she does not like seafood let alone seaweed, but I'm glad she at least tried them) and my sister's friend tried it and did not like it so much either but didn't seem to mind eating it. If, however, you are like me and love Asian-food, you will love these!

SeaSnax are the perfect healthy snack and remind me a lot of chips. I am sure there is a lot you can do with them besides snacking (toss some flakes in soup, sprinkle over rice, make fun-flavored sushi) which makes these even better! You can purchase these in either a snack pack of smaller-sized sheets or in full sheets.

Bed Wedge Review

I recently had the opportunity to test the Bed Wedge and I love this product! Do you ever find your pillows, chapstick, remotes falling behind the bed and you are forced to reach all the way down behind it or, in some cases, move the whole bed just to retrieve the fallen item? I know that I have that problem a LOT! You can even ask my husband! Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine Review

I recently had the opportunity to try the new formula of Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine and boy did I love it! I never used to be a huge fan of Garnier; I sort of thought of it as one of those "cheap brands." Being able to sample their new formula has completely changed my mind of the brand! Before I get into my thoughts on their shampoo and conditioner, let me give you a little overview of their new Sleek & Shine formula.

Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine's formula has been newly designed, two years in the making, with a new fragrance and new ultra-smoothing, shine technology. If your hair is frizzy, dry and unmanageable, the shampoo and conditioner have Argan oil from Morocco as well as Garnier Fortified Fruit Science! With this new formula, even 97% humidity can't get you a bad hair day for up to three days! You will also notice that your hair is visibly shinier and healthier looking. They have also given these bottles new caps for easier use! You will be able to find Garnier Fructis' all new Sleek & Shine formula in grocery stores, mass retailers like Walmart and Target and drug stores like Walgreens and CVS with a retail price of $3.99 (13 oz) and $6.99 (25.4 oz.)

Now, I was skeptical on their claims when I went to sample my Garnier Fructis Sleek & Shine shampoo & conditioner, but I have to say, they stayed pretty much true to their word! I absolutely adore the new scent; it's still citrus-scented, but there's just something about it that made me smile. I also was very happy that they changed the caps on their product. Previously, I had had a very difficult time getting the top on and off with my wet hands in the shower. I ended up breaking nails or scratching myself (yes, I'm rather coordinated.) Well, their new caps make it very easy to open and close them, and on top of that, they have a better seal so less water gets inside as they sit in the shower over time (which means less bathroom mold!) The conditioner texture is AMAZING; it reminds me of butter (but it's not butter, don't worry.) It is so smooth and creamy and soft. The shampoo texture, however, is my one complaint. I found that it is rather runny and when I put it in my hand it drips through my fingers. I would like to see that a little bit thicker as losing that shampoo seemed rather wasteful.

My hair afterwards was shiny and soft and even after a day of not washing I woke up with smooth, shiny hair! THAT was not expected. I couldn't bring myself to try not washing my hair another day though so I'm not positive about their three day claim, but I would say there's a good chance it's true! I also really like that the bottles are greener than they used to be, as they are made up 30% recycled plastic! These new bottles also save over 125 tons annually (based off of the 13 oz bottles) as they are 10% lighter and use less plastic!
